If you are a EFT Workshop attendee with disabilities, EFT Universe wants to make your experience as meaningful as possible. Persons who wish to request disability-related accommodations should contact the EFT Universe Workshop Trainer directly. Requests can be made at any time, but some types of accommodations take several weeks to arrange. Therefore, please request accommodations as soon as possible. This policy only pertains to EFT Universe Workshops where registration is directly through EFT Universe and not through a hosting venue.

EFT Universe reserves the right to cancel a program at any time. If EFT Universe cancels a program, you will receive a full refund. Some programs may have special cancellation policies; see individual Trainer website or Venue website workshop descriptions.

• 10% Cancellation Fee will be deducted from your refund if you cancel your registration up to 1 year – 6 months prior.

• 25% Cancellation Fee will be deducted from your refund if you cancel your registration up to 6 – 3 months prior.

• 50% Cancellation Fee will be deducted from your refund if you cancel your registration up to 3 months – 2 weeks prior.

• No Refund for cancellations 2 weeks prior to day of the EFT Workshop.

Medical emergencies exceptions: Cancellations for medical emergencies will be considered with a Doctor’s note. The cancellation will be evaluated on an individual basis and once confirmed will be refunded the workshop fee less 10%.

No credit or refund is available if you cancel on the arrival day; if you do not show up; or if you leave an event early for any reason. No refund will be available if you attend a program and are dissatisfied with its presentation or content.

EFT Universe is not responsible for any travel expenses incurred if a workshop is cancelled.

A student may cancel enrollment in a virtual workshop up to 15 days before the start of the class without a penalty other than a 10% booking fee (to cover registration and credit card costs). If a cancellation occurs after this the following amounts are deducted from the original payment:

• 25% from 8 to 14 days before event starts;

• 50% from 3 to 7 days before event starts;

• No refunds are offered from 2 days before the event starts.

If you used a promo code for your workshop, and after registering you decide to take a different workshop, you can switch for an administration fee of $50.

 If for any reason you decide not to attend a workshop for which you’re registered using a promo code, please let us know via email. The trainer and assistants will then have an accurate check-in list. You can register for a different workshop by paying an administration fee of $50.

Some workshops are offered virtually, with this noted in the workshop description. Others, such as the 4 Day Professional Training, are offered both in-person and virtually. EFT Universe uses a virtual training model called “active learning.” Research shows that classes using this model produce better student comprehension than conventional lectures (Deslauriers, McCarty, Miller, Callaghan & Kestin, 2019). EFT Universe has pioneered “best practices” for virtual learning to ensure that the class experience provides optimal engagement and comprehension for students.
